I noticed this hasn't been mentioned yet. For you guys running the CHA, or any low carbohydrate 'keto' style diet. Be aware you WILL need Psyllium Husk in order to keep things 'moving.'

I thought i should mention this, seeing as a lot of you seem to be 'enjoying' the benefits of low carb.

Vegetables and fruits contain fibre, but if you're consuming 15g fat per meal you will most certainly want to be 'rockin' tha psyllium.

You will find Psyllium Husk at all Health2000 stores, in the organic section of supermarkets, and online through bodybuilding.com.

How to take your Psyllium: I mix mine with 700mls water/Xtend and drink it asap, as the powder gels in under 1 minute.

I recommend consuming 2-4 tablespoons per day for regularity!

Gotta love the psyllium husk, down it as quick as possible it's a bit weird with all the 'bits'. Super pump and thermos seem to help in this area also!

How much does it cost at Health 2000? I got some Metamucil from the supermarket the other day and it's really expensive :x

It's $9.50 for 200 grams at Health 2000

200g = $9.50.

Lasts me about a week.
