Has anyone done this program that Les Mills have been advertising? and if so what is your feedback on it.

they are effective for those who can commit.

but they are a self discipline tester.

the self assessment looks hard - 3 times in 13 minutes

The self assesment is hard but it is possible, I did it in 12:05. The one thing that I don't like about the program is that if you let your team down then they all pay for your mistakes. No pressure there then especially if your in a team with people you don't know.

Les Mills Extreme in Wellington ran this program and only 1 person signed up for it. Less money on "advertising" and "membership consultants" and more on equipment would be the way forward. It is a business, but I thought the first rule of business was to give the client what they wanted not some elite program that simply had no interest from the usual punters.
