I go to a gym 4 times a week but also can't resist having weights at home just to pump up now and then because it feels so good. lol Am i the ONLY one???

LOL no man I do that as well. I somehow get this energy thing late at night where I have to go into the bathroom and watch myself curl some weights and shit hahaha.

I wish I could be motivated enough to train at home like you. I kitted up my basement once with all the gear, but found I couldnt commit to regular training. I need to be in the gym, surrounded by other people training hard to enthuse and motivate me.

You're lucky, it would be way cheaper to train at home.

i train at home, alone. I can make as much noise as I like what is a bonus.

haha Yeah same! grunting away dropping dumbells :pfft:

I just converted my cable pulldown frame into a squat rack just by banging in some meaty 9 inch nails into the frame \:D/

Although I'm at a crossroads deciding if I need the garage space more for t shirt printing equipment and join the gym down at mangere? :?

been training on and off for years, CONSISTENTLY for the last 4 months. loving it

nice one, just out of interest how much weight do you curl with those guns?

I only ask as I am finally starting to make some size gains in the biceps, but not much strength gains and just wondering what progress i need to make.

I'm currently curling high reps (20) with 12.5kg db trying to break the barrier i have.
