Nitro-Tech Hardcore

Recommended Posts

Currently thats the only supplement I`m using along with micronised creatine.

Probably the best recovery supplement I`ve used.

Remember it is only a supplement but I`ve seen results lately which havent been forthcoming prior to using.

I Will keep using at this stage .

hi ya,iv had it a few times before, yeep is a good protien powder but if you have it three times a day as recomeded it will cost you heaps,i think ya better off having a bit less exspensive protien powder and get a seperate tub of creatine.still NITRO-TECH HARDCORE is good stuff.

optimum nutrition and pvl along with a seperate creatine tub is a cheaper and smarter way to go.

I have tried nitrotech in the past, tastes good but that's it,i use optimum nutrition 100% whey and i have had the best results from that,PVL is not bad either, tastes fantastic with water.

the bottom line is you will get results from any of the above proteins so why do you want to pay more for one than the other.

their marketing worked on you didn't it?dont worry you'll soon learn about their BS

thanx man i don't know crap about proteins just really wana see results. Want the ripped looked

Hey no problem buddy, trust me you can spend a lot of money in the search of that ripped look and feel like your chasing the end of rainbow, don't fall for the marketing hype or you can really spend a lot of money.

getting ripped takes months not days,so it has to be a consistent effort.

you have to do cardio 30 to 45 minutes 5 days a week to lean out,you will need a low to moderate carb and high protein diet with a minimum of 20% good fat content in that diet.you will also need to weight train which i suspect you have started.clean up your diet for starts, whey protein is a convenience nothing more, whole food can help you build muscle too.

sort that stuff out first and read some articles on bodybuilding.com and http://www.tmuscle.com,educate yourself, look at the journal section of this website lot of brave people really trying to achieve the look.

be realistic, you cannot look like those big professional bodybuilders in like 10 weeks ,first of all they have been training for years, secondly they have access to illegal substances that further enhance their physiques,so take what you read with a grain of salt.

#1. This post belongs in the nutrition section.

#2. Nitro-tech hardcore contains whey protein isolate fractions in various forms. These have superior recovery ability to meat, for example. But this does not give 'Nitro-tech Hardcore' any superiority over competitors whey isolates. Rather you are paying for their hefty advertising, Jay Cutler and Dexter Jacksons cars, and Shipping/Food taxes for bringing it over here into NZ!

#3 If you want faster recovery ability, use a whey protein isolate! - You don't need to use some over-hyped bs product to propel your gains.

#4. Get your nutrition and training down to the point where you never miss a meal, and you have the next week/month/year planned out. Then look at recovery supplements. Supplements are there to supplement well thought out planned diet, not to replace it!

#5. Sorry for the rant. But i learned fast and spent my money on things that were worthwhile and productive to my gains. Not overhyped american BS products.

It's possible to achieve anything you want to. You've just got to know how to do it. People who achieve sub 8% bodyfat have done their homework, and know what they're doing. Unless they're an exteme ectomorph like my flatmate whos sub 5% year round, naturally.
