F*ckers, my loyalty to them clearly doesn't mean sh*t. I thought I was bloody lucky to get freebees and was stoked. When I didn't get them again in my following orders I just guessed it was a one off thing and I just got lucky. Now I find out that everyone else has been getting freebees but me. I'm switching to Shotgun :nod:

I get free stuff every order I have done with punch, I also got free samples and a xmas card from them as well out of the blue last year as well..... :wink:

Has anyone ever got vouchers from them?

I'm not surprised you get special treatment, I saw the last order you made :shock:

You'll only get freebies when they have them. Obviously they don't pay for them either so it would usually be with repeat customers or bigger purchases.

Most sites do tend to just slap up pics and copy info straight from a brocure too :/

That isnt one whole order I did...thats just 6 months of accumulated supplements. I also buy ahead supps that I know i will need in the future. But I also buy off Shotgun as well, as they have cheaper prices on other range of products which I use as well..and shotgun are great. :nod:

overnight courier chick. if they processed it and shipped it today...u wil get it tomorow..thats if u paid by credit card as well, otherwise allow one working day for bank deposit payment to go through and you should get your order on Wednesday

I'm relatively new to supplementing, and have so far only bought from punch. Primarily because of the information available on their site. As a noob, this was a huuuuge factor in my decision to buy. Not only did it make it easier to decide what to get, but it also gave the site more of an air of professionalism, like they actually knew what they were talking about, compared to a site that had nothing but a price. Not even so much as how many serves per pack, which would at least let me know how economical the product is.

Having said that, if the same information was available on the Shotgun site, I would be more likely to buy from them due to their competitive pricing, as well as the positive comments from members of this forum.

Oh and by the way, I haven't received any freebies from Punch, but nor was I expecting any.

Havnt heard back from Shotgun yet about my saturday order, payment through my end. 12pm Tuesday atm.

If you ordered on Sat they won't process it until Monday. I ordered my protein from xtremenutrition on Friday but I'm not expecting it until Wed or Thu.

I was just expecting an email to confirm my payment. Ill be patient day isnt over

Thanks to everyone for placing so much positive feedback about our site. I showed all the guys at the warehouse today and they were blown away.

Also thanks to everyone who has posted comments on ways in which we can improve things, we are already working on getting more info on the product pages for people who do not have a lot of experience with supplements.

Here's a bit of info on the way we ( and most other sites in NZ ) process orders.

If an order is placed before 4.45pm on a weekday it goes out on that nights courier.

Any orders placed after 4.45pm on a friday and over the weekend will be sent on monday's courier.

We are in a position to offer Saturday delivery but only if people email us to request it.

We are currently working on offering Saturday delivery as an option built in to the ordering process, but because of the extra expense it will probably add a few dollars to the order.

Some poeple order off us using the direct credit option. That money does not show up until our account until the next day which is when it is shipped.

A good way to speed things up if you do not have a credit card is to buy a pre paid debit card or a prezzy card from the post office.

This can be used to order products online like any other credit card, which means we can ship the order out the same day.

And if an order is made over the weekend using direct credit the funds do not usually clear into our account until tuesday morning.

We now use NZ couriers and their affiliated company for all of our deliveries which means that the majority of our orders will arrive within 24 hours of being shipped no matter where you are in NZ.

Sometimes bigger orders and orders to parts of the south island may take an extra 24 hours, but we do everything we can to make sure our customers get their orders as fast as possible.

Another thing to note is that orders to rural delivery addresses will always take an extra 24 hours.

Everyone who places an order should automatically receive an email confirming their order as well as an email to confirm shipping. Email confirmation is an option which can be selected on the checkout page.

There is a lot of competition in NZ now selling supplements online and even though we have been the topic of this forum i can say with all honesty that the majority of other sites that i am aware of in NZ also do a very good job as well as offering quick delivery and competitive prices.

At the end of the day most of us are selling a lot of identical products and have very similar methods of operation. For that reason we always try to make sure that our service is as good as it can be so that with a bit of hope we can attract new customers and keep them.

Once again thanks to everyone for posting such good feedback, we were blown away when we saw all the comments and hopefully it means that we are heading in the right direction :)
