For some reason my left arm is not as strong as the right, can feel it while I'm lifting.

Is that unusual?

No that's not unusual. You just have to work on your imbalance. I notice it the most when doing DB Curls but also with OH DB Ext. Just make it a rule to train with your weaker arm first and only bang out as many reps on your good side as you did with your bad. Eventually they will even out. Mine have

I wouldn't say any part of mine is particularly strong yet. But relatively speaking, I've always had better results or been naturally stronger in my legs and biceps.

Back and chest are coming along nicely, so I'd put them in the middle.

Triceps and shoulders are definitely my problem areas. I really struggle with shoulders. When I used to do lots of pump classes, I'd have no trouble going relatively heavy for squats, but shoulders were just so hard for me and I'd be using the lowest weights I could find (even no weights sometimes - just waving my arms around  ). Triceps are getting better since I've given them more attention, but still a very long way from how I'd like them.

Personally I think I'm a bit lopsided looking in the bicep/tricep area, so am trying hard to bring triceps up to a better level.
