this is a heads up question.

with the water retention properties of creatine. when should creatine be dropped during a cut down phase. or alternatively how long does creating take to work out of the system, after a reasonable maintenance phase???

I've just bought 2.2kgs from Trueprotein.com. Nice & cheap & has worked well so far. I don't get the bloated look as with monohydrate. Downside is it tastes like absolute crap & this is probably the reason why it hasn't been marketed as heavily as monohydrate.

I'm just taking in about 3g pre workout. Started it last week & weight went up even though I'm cutting down.

How much did it workout to ship from true protein mate ? I was thinking of getting some protein and BCAA.. not sure if it will be economical enough.

Furthermore any trouble with customs ?

Lastly... I thiought monohydrate wasnt supposed to be tasted... i.e. mix in something else and just shoot down the hatch right ?

I bought 2.2kg of BCAA, creatine & Glutamine Peptides & it came to about $580.00.

I looked at buying protein but the freight basically makes it the same as buying it from NZ.

Had no trouble with customs, I used the airmail option & I got it within 10days. They seem a little inorganised but I still got the package when they said so I was happy.

You think monohydrate tasted bad? Wait till you try CEE. :pfft:
