Breakfast Cereal with the highest Protein

I'm surprised there's not a cereal especially for bodybuilders. I know you can make your own with oats & powder, but for the convenience I would probably buy a box every now & then. They put chicken in a can, why not put oats, nuts, seeds & powder in a box?

Oats with a scoop of whey on top. 8)

Seriously though I wouldnt worry too much about protein thats not from an animal source.

I agree, make your own. At best I think they'll be mostly slow digesting carbs (ie oats), at worst they're just full of sugar.

Maybe some company will make some Meatflakes or Chicken Bix to fill this gap in the market

ditto on the Nutragrain. It's great tv advertising with the focus on health and sport but the product is essentially sugar and shouldn't have a place in any kids/persons diet. Hard to go past weetbix/oatmeal/muesli that hasn't been toasted in oil---then add your whey

NUTRAGRAIN IS SHIT

Didn't I see that weetbix has a shed-load of salt (280mg/100g) ? For comparison, Harraways rolled oats have 9mg/100g...

Thats what I eat..Harraways rolled oats...just had 1/2 cup and 10 egg whites...now I feel like my body is on fire...
