Yo.

Bit backwards for you all, however, im 179cm weigh in at 60kgs and have been like this for the last 4years - mainly due to my extravagant social life which is now cut down to minimal. Its time to upgrade, and i wanna upgrade intially fast to a normal sized body, then start working on the whole the setup.

Im skinny as, as you can imagine, and basically want to put weight on fast as possible.

Question.

If i eat goodish meals throughout the day with enough nutrience but plenty of shit meals as well e.g., salmon, chicken, veges, multi vitamins, rice, vogels bread, baked beans etc, drink 2litres of chocolate milk a day, 1 serving of muscle juice as well as lift super heavy , rest well, you think ill gain weight pritty quick - im talking about eating/drinking stupid amounts of calories till i get to a point where i'm past being a rake and i can start clean bulking.. Obviously i dont mind body fat, infact i need body fat because at the moment im comparable to a rake.

And also, when you guys/girls/both eat sooo much, has does your body digest all this. Does it get used of it over time, dont you get bloated as, and if so what do you recommend.

You will just end up with a big gut and a chubby face bro :pfft:. Just clean bulk, you can put on a 1kg+ every week and a fair bit of it will be fat. Eating dirty will get the cals up but you won't be getting the nutrients your body needs to build muscle. All the foods you mentioned with the exception of chocolate milk are clean bulking foods anyway?

If you just want to be a fat c%$t though then stock up on chocolate puddings and eat burgers/chips/donuts from the fish n chip shop every day :nod:

Yeh well basically, the above is the diet im going to follow, im pritty sure that should give me enough clean nutrience etc, just the chocolate milk and muscle juice will give the fatning calorie hit - being around an extra 2500 calories a day just from them 2.

Lol you are going to notice the fat piling on if your getting an extra 2500 cals on top of your regular intake. Keep at it, not matter how skinny you are now your body can put on fat just as easy as anyone elses provided you are consistent with your nutrition. Take some before pics so you can see yourself progress too. Valuable motivational tool :nod:

I have confusen in my mind.

Is it necessary to eat non veg like egg and meat to gain some fat? I always like to eat veg. I want to shape my body perfectly....

I have no idea where to start and what to do??Can anyone give me some guidence to build ny body perfectly???

You want to gain fat, but you don't want to eat eggs and meat as you prefer vegetables? :-s May i ask why you want to gain fat?
