split into 6 containers, consume regularly throughout 1 day.

and you might need a spoon if you dont reheat it

A drink supplement??????? What drink supplement?

Personally I would say there is no substitute for a healthy diet and some physical activity. Sort your diet out and make sure you are exercising on a regular basis before supplementing.

However if you must use a drink supplement (assuming it's a protein based shake) in replacement of a meal look at using normal protein powder as those other drinks tend to be more expensive on a per serve basis.

Good luck :)

what % fat are you dude?

my crazy diet above is about 300gm protein and same carbs.....

i have just looked back at your posts from 2 year ago.....

i'm not sure about your goals but in the last 2 years it would appear that you havnt acheived what you wanted....but dropped 15kg which is good

how much beer are you drinking each week.....and what other treats do you need?? seriously and no offence but you need to identify what is up with your diet and if there is 24 bottles of beer twice a week then you need to either give up the piss or eat a 100% lean meat diet at least 2 days a week when your drinking.....LOW CARB BEER

i would like to see a scanned copy of your last 10 supermarket receipts.......and a bank statement of where your eftpos card went (not the $ & c) and if its BK and KFC....we can have your card canceled.....lol

Sorry fella got the wrong end of it

It really is a matter of finding what works best for your body. Some people react well to low carb, high protein and fat diets while others will not. Go have a scroll through http://www.bodybuilding.com and search key words fat loss, there are plenty of good articles.
