My three month old son has been awake for three hours, I've had next to zero sleep, so at 6.53am on Thursday the fifth of October I'm about to set up my bike on the wind-trainer as it's pissing it down in Auckland, and do four fifteen minute intervals. Whoopee.

I hear you Waldo, my usual 8 - 10 hours recovery sleeps have been decimated by our 1 1/2 mth boy. Hard to train on 3 X 2 hour sleeps

Grinder, I've found the best thing initially was to do what I could, then once the boy was more settled, I could get a decent routine going again. That meant training as soon as I woke up, so I was relatively fresh...recovery on the other hand....Good luck dude!
