hey there anyone know ESB gym in christchurch and what its like? how much for mmbership

ESB or Eastside Barbell is definately the place in Chch for athletes to train.

PLers, Strongman, track & field or team sport athletes have almost anything they could hope for. It's kinda like Powerhouse Gym in Wgtn. They also have the Olympic lifters based in the adjoining building.

Pretty good gym for BBing training as well, I know Dave Smith (IFBB Pro) trained there for a while.

Thanks for your interest. We are moving towards our objective of being the best equipped and true hardcore gym in town, where results are the most important thing. I will PM some more details.
