Are you sure that's what your after when you've only been training 7 months? If you want to get big all you have to do is sort your nutrition, it doesn't look like your eating much? What are your stats and actual quantities of food your eating?

Based on your diet above it doesn't look like your eating enough.

What your asking for isn't going to help if your not eating enough to support muscle growth.

Be patient man, if your eating heaps and training hard the gains will come.

ok, this site is great you guys are all helpfull anyone that can give me a rough outline or a weekly DIET that would help me to gain the mass up..

I have been trying for ages to get big but i just see deffinition,

Im 21, i am 175cm tall and 80kg,

my bench press PB is 135kg, my free weights are 30kg on the dunbells curls etc, squats are at 110kg,

please can someone send me a diet plan to bulk up what do you guys eat and quantity etc etc.... yeah once eating to the best i can and pushing myself to see what i can ammount to i would like to do a cycle an it would be a beginner was looking at Dbol, 5 of my mates did a cycle in east timour in the army an came back huge and unbelieveable gains in strength plus mass

Mate. First of all if you have only been training for 7 months gear will f*ck it up for you for later down the track when it will be beneficial to you. If you hit the gear sure you will gain size but try training for at LEAST 2 years before you even consider it. Sort your diet out first, as, to be honest, you’re eating f*ck all. Then look at your training. RESEARCH! Watching bigger stronger faster is not research. Before you look at gear study all aspects of gear, pros and cons, sides and each individual product before you look for the ‘quick fix’.

So many people are quick to jump on the gear knowing nothing then wonder why after cycle they lose all the gains and all they have done for themselves is lightened their wallet.

thanks for the advice, you help alot as a new person to it all im just looking for help and a way in the direction your feedback is good, thanks mate, you have any advice on a diet i can put together?? i need people with experiance to say hey ill help remember back to when you first started everyone needs a hand an i just want to talk to people who know what to eat when to train what training is needed and i would be very thankfull..

My thoughts exactly. Gunshow, before you post you may want to read up on the rules on this site. You will quicky find yourself banned if you come on the site and use your first post to ask for a source for steroids. Use a bit more tact.

Try asking the biggest guy in your local gym for his source :pfft:

i just want tips on diet to get big something like a meal plan or help, whats with the hostile im not trying to break rules im simply talking you can only find out so much on the net i think that we would all agree that to talk with someone first hand you get better understanding and knowledge not just what some tabloid is written up that all say the same, i wanted a human perspective, im trying to make friends guys.

like.... heres a diet plan ,

heres what exersises are good,

doing these weights,

Use google and you will find plenty of sites that have specific bodybuilding diets. A quick search under 'bodybuilding diets' come up with over 6 million results.

Use the main exercises, squats, deads, bench and freeweights. Try not to use machines if you can help it.

If you are asking simple training questions such as what to eat and how to train you are no where near the point where you should be thinking of taking steroids
