Hi guys/girls I just joined this site, I've been strength training for about a year now. I'm currently on the Bill Starr Madcow 5x5 program, hoping to increase my squat, deadlift, bench press, row and press.

Things are going well right now, I'm just trying to build a base of strength and muscle before I focus on aesthetics.

This seems like a cool site to hang out on...so Hi!

Hi. im 24 also trained just under 12months. what r ur curent stats?

Hiya I've only been training and eating SERIOUSLY for about 6 months.

I'm 192cm (6'3'')

97kg

Squat (high bar, below parallel): 130kg (5RM)

Deadlift: 145kg (5RM)

Bench: 72.5kg (5RM) - I know this is super weak

Overhead press: 55kg (5RM)

Not sure what my 1RMs are at the moment I should test them sometime. I'm making good progress on my 5RMs right now so I see no need at the moment.
