I am from Dunedin but I dont train at Unipol I train at Les Mills which is the home GYM RAT BABY!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey man yeah I've had a chance to train at Les Mills in Dunedin a couple of times it's quite nice there.

When I stop being a student next year and get a real job, I'll probably join Sky Gym, as it's cheaper than Les Mills and has a lot of really nice and serious people there.

Hey, I've only been training for a couple of months, and use World Fitness on Hanover St. Good place, good people.
Cheers dude thanks for mentioning World Fitness and I happen to work there.

Should I come visit?

Yes you should come and visit a casual visit cost 12 dollars and afternoons during the week are normally quite but it varys from time to time some times it can be busy with the Sports students being in and other times it is quite.

what are these buffing machines you speak of? :-s

well, dumbells, barbells, kettlebells, power cage, leg press machine etc etc.... just your regular gym equipment, its nothing flashy but i mean people can get ripped doing body weight exercises. Considering the gym is free for student so i cant complain.

I'm seriously thinking of opening a new gym in Dunedin. But its not fitness oriented and caters to serious bodybuilders/powerlifters only.

Have went to unipol before and trained at Les-Mills. There was some good equipment at both but never felt they delivered a bodybuilding atmosphere.
