AFAIK, oats is oats is oats - a lot of people eat Flemings Rolled Oats from any supermarket.

I buy Scotch Oats which have 25.3g of carbs per serving, yet I saw on a UK bodybuilding supplement website special oatmeal for sale which had 70g of carbs per serving, and thats what I'm after, but I want to buy from NZ.

So I can buy caffiene pills in bulk from pharmacies? I havnt found any caffiene pills on punchsupplements etc.........what section are they under? Cheers.

i heard by eating the larger grain oats its 'slower releasing' (carbs) as apose to the fine grain or blended ones, but wasnt aware there are ones with such a difference in carb quantity. interesting.

It all depends on the serving size. Your oats are 56% carbs in a 45g serve, so there's no way another type can have 70g of carbs in the same size serving. You can't get 70g of anything out of 45g.

Like others have said, oats are oats, perhaps there are some forms that are a bit higher in carbs, maybe up to about 75% or so, but not 3 times the amount.

I makes my own muesli from me oats,I kinda am tired of porridge and i also kinda like a cold breakfast.so i makes my own muesli coz the supermarkets were filled with sugary ones (sanitarium Cluster Crisp Vanilla Almond-fucking heaven).
