Help with my nutriton plan please

Hi there wanting to lose some bf at the mo' but maintain what muscle I have is this diet ok or is it lacking or not in the right order and do i need to increase my cardio-

Heres my stats hgt 5'10 weight- 87.4kgs- bf 23%

weight training split ova 4ays a week

cardio 2.5hours p/w sometimes 15min after weight train or 30-40min on rest day of weight training-

6am -20gprotein shake

6:30-6.45am- 7.45am Workout

8am - myoplex42g protein+banana or apple

10am - 1/2 can bake beans plus 1 chicken breast or steak

12:30 - 40gprotein shake

3.oopm -1 can 195g Tuna

6:30pm -1-2 chicken breast or steak plus veg or pasta

9pm 20gprotein with oatmeal

+ 3 litres of water through out the day

any handy tips would be great

yeah my partner works for a Poultry, Meat and seafood distributor so I can my chicken a bit cheaper

eat more smaller portions throughout the day. those meals are good, space them out a bit if you can. focus on your cardio as much as poss. youl see improvements. might not be instantaneous tho. id be inclined to lay off the protien shake a bit too. have it before bed and after exercise only.
