hows this for a start??

breakfast

bowl of cereal usually just right with milk

1 mens multi vitamin pill

2 pills of 1500mg omega 3

lunch 2 slices of break with a tin of tuna about 80g i think

between lunch and dinner

3-4 piece of sushi mix of tuna raw salmon,chicken

miso soup (like green tea bt sea food)

maybe 2 gala apples

1-2 banana's

1 pear

dinner

then w/e my parents make for dinner usually something not too bad but always varies and always some veggies + white or red meat

i rarely drink any thing but water varies how much each day but around like 6-15 glasses from the tap

and dnt eat ice cream or any desserts

running about 2-3 times a week between 5-15km with a buddy

weights 2-4 times a week, rowing 1-2 a week between 8-12km

also gt a protein shake

dymatize elite whey protein isolator

+ 2 before 2 after work outs 4800 bcca pills

+ 2 pitbulls fat burner/muscle toner for running

so hows that for a start?? any thing else i can add/change cheaply lol?

about 180ish cm

Well what are you trying to accomplish? With the lack of food/gym and relatively high amount of cardio your doing it's a good way to stay slim...
