from a powder perspective I prefer WPC for gaining - low carb ... that way you can control how many calories from sugar more acurately -

add one or all of - frozen apples / oatmeal / flaxseed oil / peanut butter / choclate cake :D etc etc / ... could do the "one thing from every shelf in the fridge" fear factor shake :)

Maybe you missed the new topic in the Diet/Nutrition forum here.

But, as pointed out in that thread, you're better off buying a good protein powder and mixing it with additional ingredients (milk, peanut butter, oil, fruit, etc.) rather than using a mass gainer.

I'm using PVL Mutant Mass. have got used to teh taste of teh vanilla icecream now. But damn, the bag is never big enough.

The body feels good once I down one of these after a workout, but I only ever use 2 scoops. Have had 3 on occasion and it's pretty rich. I wouldn't want 4 scoops. Hell, that would be hard out.
