Hi all on here This is Marc Rainbow IFBB PRO ... wassssss up ?

I read just a couple of Post,s Re My NAME breifely ... and thought what Idiots !!! Now that is not directed at all ... but only a few .

Never judge a person unless you know them ok guys that is all I ask .

Ohhh and re Kovacs owning me for size ... sure he did BIG TIME but he owned almost all in that department but where did it get him ... a very very sick man is where it got him and he certantly didnt look as good as me ... not that I am saying I was better and still am but ... it was once said by JOE WEIDER to me in person " MARC you have one of the Best Most Balanced and Proportioned and Contioned Bodys I have seen in a Long Time" back satge at the Night of Champs NY .

Sorry Marc, I dont think you have been mentioned on this site for a long long time...except the topic which linked your very impressive dancing skills...

Have you tried out for a dance group yet? Dont let that talent go to waste mate...no shit.

As for your Night of Champions, how long ago was that? 20 years? Lol

I followed Greg Kovacs around when he came over About 13 years ago (ran a small time bodybuilding magazine back then and his arrival was big news). Watched him train at les mills in the city and Don Olivers in newmarket. And attended his seminar (which only around ten people attended,I was amazed!). He was a real gentlemen, he was quiet but allways seemed to go out of his way to make people feel special. And at the seminar he answered some difficult and personal questions from those in attendance.

That was kinda unnecessary. If you actually wanted to know (and not just stir) you could've sent a PM to Marc to ask.

IMHO the forum isn't the place to take cheap shots at people.

Regardless, Marc has a lot of experience as a BBer and has the potential to help a lot of newbies as well as intermediate BBers. Or he could get pissed off with BS like this and leave.

Along with Mike Debenham, Marc is the only other NZL Pro posting here........ although Moe posted twice I think?

Have you ever asked any of the guys why they don't post here? I have. One of NZL's top BBers, and perhaps more importantly best trainers (I can't count the number of top placings BBers under his guidance have had) told me he wouldn't post because there was too much crap and not enough productive stuff. To their credit the moderators have sorted this out recently and confined the crap to the Playground, hopefully more experienced 'practitioners' will come on board in the future rather than be put off.

Just my 10 cents.
