Also Shrug Life, just an update since my first post on this thread i have gained another 1kg :D decided to actually be a little more serious with my diet and increased my calories by 500, so i suppose that means a few things got increased, protein, carbs, fats. (Also changed my training routine)

By the way, i've always been quite light in weight, but always been lean i don't know if that has anything to do with my martial arts back ground or not.

That's great progress mate. I would recommend getting ~3200cals in you a day. There seems to be a lot of different opinions on what protein/carb/fat ratio to use but Marc Rainbow told me to be getting 50% protein, 30% carbs, 10% essential fatty acids - omega 3,6,9 and 10% saturated fats. So I might drop my carb intake and give it a go.

If you want some advice on your routine post it up but if your happy with things, go hard :wink:
