heyy i been using this site for awhile just getting tips and stuff im 6'2 and half just turned 18, weigh 90kgs im not sure exact bodyfat level but mostly muscle will try get pics up soon, just started working out like a week ago

currently going gym 5 days a week wanna boost it up to 6 but have been told to have 2 days off to let the muscles rest, i do everything i hear (get 8 hours sleep, protien shakes after workout eat lots and lots :D always have hahaha so dont really have a diet,

just hoping to get some advice and tips on nutrition and working out etc

sup, if ur a newbee to the gym i wudnt rush into goin for 5-6days just yet, also alot of us natural bbers only weight train 4 days, sometimes it can be a case of less is more :lol:

im not sure exact bodyfat level but mostly muscle will try get pics up soon, just started working out like a week ago

I agree with your recommendations 1 day, personally my favourite split(provided you have been training for atleast 1 year consistently) is a 4 day one, 2 on 1 off, 2 on, 2 off. Every time I add a 5th day I quickly over train unless I really drop the volume or intensity.

This split gives you plenty of time between your back and leg days, so that your lower back can recover adaquetly.

As a beginner you may want to start with simpler splits such as a 3 day or push/pull/upper/lower.
