advice on cutting

hey ive been bulking up for ages now an in 2 weeks i wana start cutting up im a bit flabby mostly in my mid section.so i need sum advice on everything really like supplements ,food ,an work outs eg do i change to high reps , any help would be much appreciated

I cant understand how someone who just posted in the steroid section about cutting, then posts in this section is asking about what type of foods and shit etc to do for cutting??? The mind boggles? Did you even have a inkling on how to manage your cycle on food and cardio while bulking or even before you decided to use enhanced supplementation??? :roll:

Post up ur stats and maybe someone will get a fair idea of what you need and help you! :-s

The way forward with this would be to increase your cadio in the morning before breakfast and limit your carbs in the evening. Stick to a clean high protein diet and you will certainly see results. Drop off the booze as well, that only makes you fat. A decent fitness plan is made in the kitchen. What I would suggest is reading Muscle Chow by Gregg Avedon. A really good book with lots of food ideas and a realistic diet cycling strategy included. Added to that Gregg is a pretty cool guy as well. Good Luck.
