Want to get some abs

soooo you want abs, so you wana buy a dvd??

lol.

crunches dude, allot of them. i do 200 a day in reps of 50. its not as grueling as it sounds. you could even break them down to reps of 25. not all at once, over the space of the whole day. some in the morning before work, some at night etc.

remember the correct way tho, always keep the small, or lower back on the ground. dont lift it. theres no reason to go right up to your knees. you shouldnt need to lock your feet under anything with this method. youl feel it, trust me.

but important to remember is working the back too, even out your muscle development with "back ups" i guess youd call them. lol.

lie on your stomache and lift your shoulders off the ground as high as you can, keeping your legs extended and toes pointed. your toes should not lift off the ground at any point.

for these i do the same amout for my back as i do my front. so for each rep of 50 crunches i do 50 back crunches too.

its great on the spine too.

do all the exersizes you want but youll never see them unless you get your body fat down low enough..but certain exersizes will build them so they can be seen when the fat comes down.

for bigger blocky abs i would recomend semi weighted exersizes work them heavy and hard like most other muscle groups

Trainharder is right....You have to lose body fat to have any chance of seeing your abs. You can do 1000's of sit ups and you still won't have abs unless you have your weight training, cardio and nutrition in check

Sounds to me like you want a perfect body without working for it.

I hate to say it mate but you cant get out what you dont put in.

I do HIIT once a week, 5 days of intensive weight training, cardio on my rest days, eat boring healthy food 9 times a day, and go to bed early I have tunnel vision for my goals and am incorruptable.

It turns into an addiction after a short while. Excersise is as addictive as cocaine but better for you.

Beauty is everyone can do it if they WANT to do it.

Lol incorruptable? Wow thats a big call.

I do agree that everyone can do it if they WANT to do it too though, and I Get so sick of peoples lame excuses.

As for the 'boring healthy food' - it doesn't HAVE to be boring you know. You just gotta get creative  I enjoy eating healthy food far more than i did eating 'non-boring' junk like i used too, mainly becuase i know its real and fresh and fuelling me for life (as opposed to death).

Yup i agree that the food doesnt have to be boring, However i am training to compete next year and stick to the diet that has been set out for me.

For me its not food anymore its fuel. I wouldn't choose this stuff in the real world.

Also it depends what you want to get out of it. Loose a little fat tone up a bit or be in the elite.

I choose the elite.

As for incorruptable every day i dont do my best is a day further away from being #1

Nice to chat Emmzies
