2 x RPM caps and glass of water. Sometimes i mix scoop of Dextrose in my 1.5litre bottle of water i take to gym. (i usually train early mornings, so the dextrose helps keep the energy up a bit). Not sure if its a good idea or not.

nothing :-s is this really bad. this is a really early morning workout for me and I just have some water on the way. s'all good. Obviously can't go as hard as if you have a full days worth of food but for me doesn't matter so much

Testosterone levels are higher in the morning, I notice a considerable difference in my strength if I lift in the morning as opposed to the avo. I disagree with people who think they need to get a whole lot of food in them before they train.

Lol I didn't train legs that much at the start of my program and I only got 12 or something weeks in before I got sick and had my op so thats irrelevant. When I Rowed though I was Squating 5x12@120 followed by 5x12@300 on Leg Press at 15y/o, weighing around 60kg.

Squats in the morning = f**k that.

high test levels in the morning over a day of solid nutrition with slightly lower levels of test? me thinks energy translates to a stronger workout. i dont think a extra few mgs of the good stuff can beat solid nutrition

The last 2 Leg sessions I did I vomited my guts out in the Gym and on the kitchen floor in my flat. I prefer training legs without a whole lot of food being digested in my stomach.

I use to have a protein shake preworkout but can't afford it at the moment as I'm a student. Looking to save up and purchase superpump and some more whey protein. I've never tried superpump and have heard good things about this product so will see how it goes.

Eat something decent around 2 hours before.

Isa-test 1 hour before and morph 30 minutes before. After a bit of reading here lately gonna ad a bit of 3-xl around the same time as the isa-test.

Cycled off the morph last few days and really noticed not having it though.

At the moment im testing out products, and all 3 seem to be helping a lot.
