Finding a job

everytime i look for a job i dont "line up" like every other joe bloggs at an interview process. i sit down, think about what i want to do, grab the yellow pages and start calling.

this process works for me evertime.

it eliminates any competition, shows whatever employer your after that your keen and actively looking, and you get to sell yourself to them rather than them looking to buy you, or buy the best they can get.

try it. bet you get a job within a day. a good solid day of sifting through the yellow pages and ringing around.

ah ok. you can start at

http://www.sjs.co.nz/

student job search. try restaurants and cafes if you really have never worked before, just walk in and ask if there are any jobs going. sucks but most of us have been there. Or retail (clothing shops) most are willing to give you a go.

You will make a good mother

that is actually the nicest thing anyone has said about me. you clearly don't know me :pfft: :pfft: :pfft: :pfft:

The problem is that I'm just a student with no qualifications, etc. I don't care about the sort of the job really. I just want any job. Thanks for telling about SEEK.

Some nite work pays pretty good

It's true. My GF applied for a job as a pole dancer and they told her she could be making up to $1500 a night. I'd consider getting a sex change for that sort of money.
