It has sort of got off the tread a little, but have to put my 5 cents in.

I too did BFL and although i didn't achieve anything near what the guys in videos did! :cry:

It inspired me to carry on so anything that does get people both motivated and into BB has got to be a good thing.

As for what is best time for cardio and types of cardio you will never get a consensus as everybody's needs vary.

Personally i try to always do 20 to 40 mins 1st thing in am,

generally treadmill on either cardio program or self selected speeds etc (depends on how legs are feeling from training)

PM try and get to gym for rower and or cycle 20 to 30 mins on each dependant on energy/time

Can hear some screaming too much cardio! already

Still removing the spare tire!

When dieting down for shows in the past, I’ve increased my lean body mass by 2-3kgs and I’ve had regular fat tests done to prove it.

Sorry, agent86 but it is actually possible to do regular fat burning cardio without burning up muscle – especially when done with AAS.

Is it possible been natural?
