I was there tonight,

Bikini class was a joke, some girls were doing figure class posing, others were just standing and then others just left hands on hips the entire time. They really need to be more informed as to what they are ment to do for that catagory.

figure class was very competitive, woman who won ''bubbles'' was 44/45 i think! She looked great!

the girl who took second has potenial to be very good, but her lower body just wasnt lean enough. But she had good stage presence and knew how to pose well.

Womens physique........not great standard, none of the woman were in the condition they should have been.

Mens..... Zultan won hands down, he had everything. The guy who took second was only 19! great future aheah of him!

and guest poser Mo mossowi, 3 weeks out from the Mr O..... not gonna make top 10 i dont think.

Womens physique........not great standard, none of the woman were in the condition they should have been.

What competition were you at Colin K? Eleanor Stewart and Julie Harris both look hugely impressive - their physiques are lean and muscular. Well done girls.

I couldnt attend the comp, but Lisa (Go Figure) has taken some great photos of the Physique girls.
