How do you find them Andre01? I really want a pair. Whats the sizing like? I hear they run 0.5-1 size bigger then the equiv nikes

Went to crossfit HQ and then into the shop. I don't know about fit as yet , just ordered them this morning as I don't own any other Nikes the only thing that I can compare them to is my current shoes which are the same size. If you read the comments on the page then you should get an idea.

Nice malt...very nice indeed.Just read the review on Regional Wines website, makes it sound like a nice drop for long summer evenings in the sun :)

As for the Velocity, be interested to see what that does for your deads.... i've not been paying attention to know whether folks use dead-specific suits or just use their squat suit for deads.

As for the Velocity, usage varies. I'm a newb to geared deadlifting. Used Beast's Velocity for Nats, but it was hellishly tight and I had only had one session in it before using it in the comp - it changed my whole style and ended up probably doing more harm than good. This one is one size looser, so hopefully with a bit of training in it I can get a nice little kick to my lift. I've heard a lot of guys just reverse their Super Cents to deadlift in (back/front are symmetrical) which is obviously cheaper than buying a Velocity, and I've heard provides comparable assistance. I think BarBrother may have done this in the past, he might chime in if he reads this.

got the girlfriend to get one of these after seeing this too. then we split. what to do with the pool, do i go back for it?! dilemmas
