Hi TFB, why did you grab that one from the states as opposed to something local? Looks like I might need one with a dicky back so in the market for one.

I know there are some good belts avail in NZ, but I was over in the States and found this huge sporting goods store, and at that price (about $40 kiwi) it was a bargain. Steak posted a great link on how to use belts (was that from Chad Aichs?) and after giving myself what sounded like a bulging disk, I figured it was time...

I got a months supply of Novadex XT, eat me creatine, super quad protein, an zinc magnesium b6 from the super market on Tuesday. Started taking it all on Tuesday so hoping to see some improvements by the end!

I use this now. It really is a sweet machine, you can work out everything without going to the gym, and also paying all the associated costs.
