What I bought today....

Bought the following stuff at Rebel on Saturday (25% off everything in store!):

Saw this and had to get it. Hung it up in the lounge doorway, and now every time I walk through I do a chinup (I got the idea from someone else on here). I'm also planning on doing a quick 3 set circuit each night, which takes roughly 5 mins (if that). 10 x chins, 15 x pressups and 20 situps is one set, then a quick rest (if at all) and back into it  It's not exactly tough, but better than not doing that at all, right?

One for the office, and one for home - will use when I'm sitting there not doing anything :P

post-6072-14166820145853_thumb.jpg (the red ones, not pink :pfft:)

Thought these would come in handy for the quick bag workouts where I can't be arsed wrapping properly... but in all honesty they'll probably replace my actual handwraps for the foreseeable future :pfft:

Bought this to replace my office chair - well giving it a trial anyway. Good so far, notice it's making me sit up straighter - just trying not to rely on leaning on my desk for support - which I've kind of noticed I do with a chair? Odd. Hoping it's good for my posture/core stability anyway, just waiting for the workmates to get in from their holidays tomorrow and give me crap about it

Gaspari Mitotropin:

post-6072-14166820210741_thumb.jpeg

Will be starting it in a few weeks to shift the last stubborn bits of fat, and hopefully following the accompanying diet/training manual as closely as possible 8) May do a journal for my 30 day period on it...

Good idea...I did a course on the stuff and although didnt follow the dietry advice to the letter and adapted it more to suit me at the time, I still had great results from it losing quite a lot of fat and dropping BF% down heaps in 30 days.

ive used superpump, sizeon, novadex, plasmajet and cytolean - gaspari never fails man. ben thinking of mito, but probly would do my own thing as above with diet.

steak, what was your start/finish%?

can u give a brief description of the diet that its geared for?

You should. And/or a supplement review. With photos.

I'll think on it  I read through the manual and it'll take a HECK of a lot of commitment and discipline to follow it properly... The weights and cardio I can handle, the complexity of the diet however (well, to me anyway), looks pretty tough.

I'll get a body comp done, and depending on the results I'll decide what path I take with the Mito from there 8) Either way, I'll write a review up for it

rather than bleat on about it in an unrelated thread its here on this page of my log http://www.nzbodybuilding.co.nz/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=6366&start=180I was in no shape to try and get rippedfor a contest and used it merely for dropping the BF down to bulk up again with some muscles
