Article from the Stuff website:

A £215 anti-ageing cream containing human growth hormone is set to be released in the UK.

The latest must-have wrinkle buster, 3Lab's Super "h" Serum - which claims to plump skin and reverse the signs of ageing - has already attracted a string of Hollywood stars, including Jennifer Lopez, Dame Helen Mirren and Leonardo DiCaprio.

A spokesperson for 3Lab said: "We put an earlier version of the product into the Oscars goodie bags last year and A-list celebrities were fighting over it.

"Leonardo DiCaprio is a huge fan of 3Lab face creams and serums.

"Now it's not just stars and rich people who want this serum, it is ordinary men and women too who are fed up with buying products that simply do not work."

The 35ml tube of serum - which already boasts a waiting list of over 100 - exclusively goes on sale in Britain at Selfridges department store next month.

The lotion is the first product to use the bio-engineered human growth hormone, also known as HGH.

With age, people produce lower levels of HGH, making the skin more prone to wrinkles. Increased levels of HGH can boost sex drive, energy levels and metabolic rate.

The cream also contains plant cells from a rare Swiss apple and high concentrations of other anti-ageing ingredients including fish oils and vitamin C.

It has been claimed the product took 10 years to develop and approve.

Heh. Apart from the amount of HGH in the cream (which, as SM says, is probably negligible), can HGH actually be absorbed transdermally?

Still, if Leo likes it, it must be good. :)

Often the skin care & beauty industry reminds me of the supplement industry... Every time I switch on the TV there's a new breakthrough and all the breakthroughs are always Proprietary Blends that they gave a Nice Bio engineered sounding name. Also I never knew HGH was bio engineered, unless God engineered it, hasn't it been there since the coming of man?

I think I was trying to say Leo = Jay Cutler
