Another Staurday Has crawled round, Sitting at work Waiting for the damn clock to tick its way to 11.30am, Then Off to the Weights room to countinue my training routinue, Like I said on my first post Been training for 8 months on my Three day split and finally growen up and inserted Leg Training into my 3 day spilt program, Will be posting before and after Pics shortly (Upper body Of course legs aren't looking too sharp yet lol), Ready to have a drink of the no-xlopde Mix (Best I've tried) don't get me wrong I would say it isn;t the best for intense growth but the mental focus and lifiting capability is amazing, for growth I woud defintley go back to EAS Phosphagen (Thoughts would be great). Hope all is well with everyone out there, and may your training bring the same amount of intensity as it does for myself.
