Well what can you say about it? Has left me quite bewildered. Alas its not bodybuilding anymore . Can the IFBB bastardise it more than it has? Oh sorry that's right - Nabba NZ's got Shape! My apologies to IFBB - I'm sure they've worked very hard to try to get this class recognised by its bodybuilding peers!! Why don't we call it what it is - the Tits 'n' Arse Class.

Where's the wet t-shirt class (thanks Outlaw) - it wouldn't surprise me if they bring this class out in 2010. Do these ravings sound pathetic - yes - I guess they do - but so are these classes.

Wasn't it nabba that suggested a "mens fitness model class"? For those guys that don't want bulky muscles and want to keep a layer of fat.
