How long 2 wait after eating b4 you train?

Personally, I have around 20 - 40 grams of both carbs and protein 1.5 - 2 hours before training.

Then have an apple and a small shake with powder only @ around 20 grams of protein right before training.

This seems to work well for me, I feel full enough from the full meal, but top up with an apple for a bit of energy and some protein right before hand.. but in saying that, I like to have food in 'ma bellley' when im training.

I always eat within one hour of training or protein shake 1/2 hour before with pre-workout sup. Boostin you didn't say you eat your pies and slug on coke inbetween sets? :-s

Nar, I've changed it up for marshmallows like big kiwi recommends. I've since added 3 inches of lean mass to my wast, and also 30lbs of anabolic water. 8)

No but I am his mentor/idol.

I took boostringers advice and eat a couple cheese and mince pies while I train...sorry to anyone if I leave flakes and crumps all over the equipment :pfft:

It's the new revolution I've started started. Even Kai greene an Phil Heath are using my (pie wile training) technique to help them get lean for the 2009 Olympia.
