NZ Powerlifting Nationals 8-9 Aug in AKL

Hi guys, powerlifting nationals is on this weekend at Auckland Uni rec centre/gym. I think parking is free on Sunday on Princes st.

The women start at 9am Sat.

67.5-82.5kg men at 1pm

90kg men at 5pm

Then on Sunday its 100-125kg+ starting at 10am. Each flight (14 lifters) squats should take about 45 mins, with the bench and DL being a bit less.

Match up's to watch on Sunday would be Steve Varga vs Simon Weaver in the 110's, both squatting in the 330 region, benching 220 and DL over 300. Neil Lauaki and Reuben Simanu will be putting up big totals in the 125+class.
