Hi everyone

I am just about to start somewhat of a mini cut over the next 7 weeks to bring my body fat down. Lets just say a particular female is coming back into the country and wanting to look good on her arrival :roll: :D.

My current stats are

6 ft

93kg

bf 15-17%

My workout plan is looking something like this

Monday- Am 30min fasted cardio (taking mitotropin and xtend during this)

3 hours later Chest workout

Tuesday - Bi's and shoulders

Wednesday - Am 30min fasted cardio (taking mitotropin and xtend during)

2 hours later triceps

Thursday- Legs

Friday - Back

Saturday - 1.5 hour road ride ( i am an ex national cyclist, wanting alittle fitness back )

Sunday - off

All workouts kept under an hour, typically 45mins high intensity with very strict rest periods.

My diet is pretty clean already so just planing on making small changes - will drop carbs slightly, swap out white rice for brown, take milk out of my before bed shake and drop carbs from dinner.

Sups i am taking will be mitotropin (last 30days), whey protein, xtend before and during workouts and cardio.

My question is do you think i am doing to much ? Any suggestions?

Would like to hear some opinions

Personally I don't think your doing too much at all. The biggest part of cutting is your diet so as long as you have that sorted and your doing a bit of cardio you will get the results your after.

It may pay to throw up your diet to :nod:

Good point- heres a rough guide of what i plan eating

Cardio - ( mondays, wednesdays)

830am - 2 whole eggs + 6 white scrambled - 1 cut raw oats in water

workout 6 scoops xtend before and during

Post workout - 2 scoops whey (48ish grams protien) + 50g dextrose

1230 - large can chop chop - 1 cup brown rice

330 - 1 cup raw oats 2 scoops whey is water

630 - 2 chicken breasts - veges

930 - casin shake

Too many shakes i know i really struggle without them :oops:

also take fish oil 3 times daily and multi vitamin

Im at university doing my masters in product design and also teach a first year paper. So not too physical at all. My shoulders and bis were developing easily and my triceps were lagging so a mate suggested i combine bis and shoulders and give triceps a day of their own.. seems to be working. I also usually add in some ab work on triceps day

If its working for ya then by all means continue. It'd probably be too much for me tho! :oops:

As your not too active and your workouts in the morning, I'd drop the oats at 3pm maybe even reduce the brown rice, 1/2-2/3 of a cup.

Keen to hear how the Mito works.
