Makes me laugh when one of my colleagues asks me if I'm having another steriod shake when I have my protein shakes.

Annoys me when another colleague informs me that if I want to eat low carb I most definitely shouldn't be having peanut butter because of 'all the sugar in it'. Yeah, the 2.9g per 100g - when the total carbs I'm getting on a low carb day is around 20g even with about 4 servings of sludge. I don't need nutritional advice from someone whose first meal of the day is at 1pm and who has been on a diet for over a year and not lost a pound :roll:

Actually, any nutritional advice from fat people is not appreciated. I know a person on another forum who is very book smart with nutrition, but has struggled with weight for years. Book smart is all very well and good, but I'm not interested unless it's been put into practice.

After years of harrasing me to give up smoking, i do it and start lifting.. the fam tells me that im just gonna get fat and unhealthy.. WTF?!? :evil:

Bumped into a friend i havent seen in about 4months an the first thing she says is " Your looking so healthy, and have you been working out?!"

Just made all the sweat worth the effort \:D/
