Was filmed and interviewed by Blair Norton today, it should air on Sunday, TV1 news approx 6.45pm -7pm (end of sports news).

I won't get to see it as will be on the plane but they are sending me a copy for when I return.

Haaaaa! Yeah Mike puts himself out there. I think its puts a lot of added pressure on yourself to perform, but thats his style. He says its good for business. Well now he's on the News. Thats good publicity for sure. Hope its Good News when he comes back.

was a good segment shame it wasn't a bit longer.

the pics mike has been posting up in his journal have been great but i don't think you can really appreciate his conditioning until you see him beside 'normal' people. he looked great, hopefully we'll see plenty of contest pics and maybe even a foolow up on the news??
