Spreadsheets for Dieting

I am in the process of trying to get my nutrition sorted out and start structuring my meals to try and improve my gains :). I have been searching around for something I can use to document/plan and calculate calories, carbs, protein etc etc intake. There are a few spreadsheets around on the web. Has anyone found any particularly good programs or spreadsheets?? I have joined a website fitday.com which i've started playing around with but am looking for something basic. Thanks for your help guys.

I have a pretty basic one I use....just a couple of sheets. One with Calories/Carbs/Fats/Proteins (gms) and the other which is just a seven day calc. Others may have more professi  onal ones. PM me if you want it.

I spent ages making a really comprehensive one when I was bbing, hardly touch it anymore now tho, it's all in my head or close enough it doesn't matter.

However it's not user friendly at all, works for me cos I made it!

Been playing around with this one last week. Got it off some yank site, tweaked colours and put in a few NZ foods (got rid of all the american ones). It's both simple enough to use, and VERY thorough.

Read instructions and complete yellow boxes. Just need to keep packages and add in all your favourite foods.

Yeah, it's quite detailed. Have to have a proper look at it after work. Cheers.
