testosterone proprionate

Hi. I'm looking at doing a 10 wk cycle of testosterone proprionate - 1ml a week. I'm 34, 5'9 and just under 80kg. Upper body is okay, but of course I want more size, and I really need to work on my legs (which are too embarrassingly skinny for me to show you all!) I've been training on and off for years, and very seriously for the last 4 months or so. I train 4 x a week, and eat pretty well (can always do better there, but yes I do know what I SHOULD be eating and I'm not too far off). Is this cycle a good idea, and what kind of results can I expect? Any particular side effects to watch out for with this one, and do I need to take that stuff at the end to get my natural test levels back?

dude, 1ml of prop p/week?????

pointless man, you should do some serious hours researching. 1ml a week is a conservative first cycle amount that would produce gains, but you cant do that with prop. prop needs jabbing at least EOD to keep blood levels stable. 1ml a week would have to be sustanon/test e/cyp,

so far as i know.. (which isnt far) :grin:

hmm ok. Well yeah, I know pretty much nothing, so the research starts here really. THanks for the heads up, I definitely wont do anything without doing a bit of homework.. :)

just by chance...did you get your gear of someone in the know who could have informed you about this???

I would have to agree with some of the other posters here. This 1ml what does it contain ? 200 mgs of test prop ? More ? A bit more detail and your thoughts behind why you are going for this cycle might help get better input from members

thanks for the feedback. I haven't bought anything yet, and will of course be researching the facts before I do. LIke I said, my original post here is part of that research. To answer a few of the comments - I have been training naturally for at least 6 months of every year since I was a teenager. I have in the past had a problem with being consistent with diet and training, but I have that under control now, thanks to a good trainer, and a training partner who will give me shit if I even think about not turning up at the gym :naughty: I don't have trouble making progress when I put my mind to it, but in recent years that progress has slowed (I am 34...).

You're all correct in that I don't really know what I'm talking about when it comes to gear. I hope to turn that around by putting in the hours researching, and talking to people in the know. I appreciate the warnings and stuff, but if anyone has any positive information/advice I'd be glad to hear that too! \:D/

you really need to research (you probley think you are by asking us, but go and READ other forums on what you want to do)

First i suggest you search begginer steriod cycles. Read up on what people have been doing and i think if you look at Luigis log you will find a good example of how his went & what compounds etc.

we have all been where you are now but you need a base of knowledge to understand what compounds do what and how it will affect your body. i suggest a good few hours on the net reading then you will have a good clue that 1ml of prop a week is a SH*T cycle in anyone's books.

here is a couple of key terms to search through google:

Testosterone propinate (read dosage protocol)

testosterone enanthate (i suggest this as your first at 250-500mg)

For you 250mg-500mg per week for 12 weeks of testosterone enanthate coupled with a good diet and hard training you can expect 5-10kg of mass even more if you clue up your nutrition. Followed by a PCT you MIGHT keep 50-75% of what you gained if you maintain your eating and training well.

good post, research is a must, you need to know what your putting into your body and possible side effects and how to deal with them if they arise.

spend a few hours every night over the next few weeks looking up first cycles, logs, doages, pct .... everything....
