Do you guys eat 'Protein Cookies'

Just had one of these from The Protein Bakery, now I feel mega sick and have a headache, strange!? I have only eaten oats today and an apple along with this cookie. (was only a mini one too!)

What do you guys think of them??

I think theyre great but the protein to carb ratio isnt... Id rather have a protein bar =P~

Full of sugar alcohols, and Other Crap . And the protein is not high quality, mostly incomplete (19% milk, almond meal).

Yeah, since I went through a protein bar eating phase a few months back, I am now SEVERLEY intolerant to sugar alcohols

Seem to taste pretty good but agree that nutritional profile not that good.

Picked one up at StarMart the other day while hammered (yea I know doesn't work with a diet) - figured it was better than a Pie anyway...damn late night cravings.

I re'con once and a blue moon they are all good, but yeah not the best, I have had no side effects from eating them.

Yeah the ginger ones are nice - dont really like the other. Although I'd rather have a protein bar.
