Protein pikelets

Draft

Recommended Posts

Essentially just a protein pancake but i find it easier to flip as a pikelet.

1/2 tub lite cottage cheese

1 cup rolled oats

6 scoops vanilla whey (is used EatMe but anything goes)

2 medium egg whites

1 banana

Can also add a bit of Splenda (i do) if you like them sweet

Throw it all in a blender then wack in in a non-stick fry pan. Ends up not being that high in protein (despite the name) but stops me snacking on crap during the day.

Incidentially, anyone know the typical makeup of a banana? I use it in this recipe all the time as they add a lot of flavour!

I make similar pancakes, and leaving the banana out makes it taste like crap.
