I work out with my trainer 2x a week, she is also at the gym every other time I am at the gym working out by myself. She comes over and goes over with me what I am doing that day and will help me, offer advice and press the more speed button on the treadmill!!

She texts me or rings me most days to see what I have been doing at the gym etc, she knows my exercise/eating regime inside out and is always there to help. I TOTALLY get my moneys worth, I pay for x2 hours a week of her time and I get more like 6 hours of advice/help. She researches anything she ain't sure about and constantly changes my programme.
