Transformation of the week

Hi all,

Sorry but need to brag!!

I was chosen for the Over 40 Trasformation of the week this week on Bodybuilding.com

A couple of weeks ago I was their Over 40 Amateur of the week and now this... gasp!

I hope some of you guys join their site and try out for some of their transformations... you get to have US$50 worth of what ever you want as a prize... oh and a mens T shirt that says Amateur or traformation of the week on it. Now I just have to gain 20kg of muscle to fit my mens medium (the smallest size!)T shirts LOL :pfft:
