A Great Supercharge Shake For Top Athlets \:D/

3 eggs

One heaped teaspoon of brewers yeast

1/2 cup of blueberries frozen or mix berries canned or frozen

1 scoop whey powder

1 banana

1 tsp of cod liver oil

200 mls water / pineapple juice / coconut milk

(half the liquid ingrediants for a smaller shake)
