EatMe and Glutamine

Hey,

I've just purchased some EatMe WPC and WPI - seemed the cheapest way to get protein.

I had been using Balance 100% WPC/WPI before that which I think had added glutamine - I don't think my EatMe does now.

Should I now be supplementing my glutamine intake?

Hey I got the Eat Me email newsletter yesterday and ordered too. There is definitely no glutamine added to Eat Me. They have a do-it-yourself approach, so if you want glutamine you need to buy it and decide how much you want to add.

I added L-Glutamine powder to each protein shake for about 6 months. I wasn’t convinced it made a difference for me.

IMO the token amount of glutamine added to the Balance protein isn't going to do much at all, and then again the studies are far from convincing that supplemented glutamine is anabolic or anti-catabolic anyway.

I wouldn't be bothered that Eat Me protein has no glutamine if I were you, Balance is a good product, but it's not because of the added glutamine.

BTW, anyone know exactly when Eat Me are going to start selling the creapure creatine?
