I read somewhere that alcohol is catabolyic.

To start with it dehydrates you.

Think about all the carbs in beer... sheesh, gimme more pasta any day instead of beer in favour of carbs.

If your wondering what Im doing on at 3 am on a Sunday morning, its cause I went out on Saturday night and DID NOT drink. Well except for a 40g protein shake loaded with glutamine. I just realized every other weekend I get about 3 hours of hard cardio done on saturday nights grooving to hard house instead of that bloody treadmill !

I'm pretty sure Alcohol is not going to do you any favours.

That's just me.

PS: I like to drink too sometimes and moderatly.

There are so many people out there who are in the same situation as me - not having a life! LOL

Should we start up a club? LOL Take turns going to each member's place and have protein shakes and bars and watch bodybuilding films... LOL! Surely that is better than sitting at home on a Saturday night... :grin:

Alright guys since were all more or less starting cut how about every ohter saturday night, grab your thermos, glutamine.

shoot em back,

groove to some hard house for like 4 hours and burn some 1000 calories.

Chase it with a 40g protein shake. Go to bed, wake up and boast about our exploits....
