This thread is like a traffic accident. I find myself going no way.....ewwww..and then someone comes up with something even more repulsive. The turd in the shower...now that is just somehow wrong....can't imagine being the next person in there and being assaulted by the log.

Thats some classic dirty ass shit man lol........ they should do a changing room for both sex's, then you'll see less nudity lol or maybe not hahaha

LMHC is pretty clean, haven't heard or come across any stories from there yet, although, middle of rugby season and the locker rooms a chocka full of fullers that have just finished their workout then you get the full mixer of BO but uno, you just expect that from fullers BUT chicks, tampons and crap, thats just wrong lol

Have been a couple of icidents at the gym where someone has pissed on the Sauna stones ..... smell pretty much takes days to get out of the air :shock:

(Ladies and mens) :nod:

have seen some nasty things in fitting rooms over the years too ...

used pads /tampons ... the odd turd sometimes in the corner or wrapped in a tshirt .... blood stained lingerie ... smeg on the fitting room curtains.

Yeh nothing really yuk, I'm just amazed at the amount of naked preening going on. The changing room is full of different types of hair stuff, moisturisers, GHDs, hairdryers, irons, clothes, shoes, shampoos, conditioners it just amazes me how much stuff one girl needs to get dressed to be allowed in public!

I have to fight my way to a locker just to put my bag in there!

I love this thread...its like shock value! You know its a wonder that as regular trainers that we don't pick up more illness off the equipment. I mean its bad enough that some people don't carry a towel and expect you to train in their sweat....but there must be a bunch of germs and diseases on bars where people haven't simply washed their hands after the toilet..or work on when they have some grade 5 disease.....

Nah...haven't seen a dildo in the mens locker room yet....but hell if theres one in the shower...I sure ain't using it again...(The shower that is) :doh:

LOL some of the stories in here are horrific! :o

I haven't really come across anything as gross as what's been described in here. When it comes to walking into the changing rooms when its packed full of nekkid wimmenz, its always head down, no eye contact lol. I don't wanna see things that may haunt me for the rest of my life :(

Have to say though, out of the lot I've been to, Fitness Plus out South Aucks is probably the cleanest gym I've ever been to. The cleaning people in there do a fantastic job. (And no I don't work there lol).

Rumour has it, Les Mills Taranaki St Wellington had their issues with 'number twos' in the ladies changing room.

Someone used to write over the walls with it, and would go often in the shower.

I shouldn't spread rumours - but I couldn't resist!

I've been informed that LM also had its share of tampon issues from one particular member.
