I am in the Miss Auckland beauty pageant, god knows why it stopped being fun the second day i was in it. I feel like the only person worried everyone else seems so relaxed and naturally thin! I really want to win!

Please vote for me! http://www.missauckland.co.nz/amber.htm

Im training everyday for this, i go out for a jog in the evening and do soem sit ups, what can i do to get rid of my tummy and my FLABBY arms in two weeks? I work full time and dont want to go to a gym does anyone have any advice?

Could it be its your food that your consuming or you've either left it a bit late re: trainingwise, should be months of preparation for an event rather than resorting to last minute fix its.

Are your periods due ?

Take a herbal diuretic, 3 days before, drink some dandelion tea as well.

Cut out the carbs and sugar, for these last 2 weeks.

PS _ I work fulltime and still managed to train 2 x a day leading up to my comp. you have to make sacrificies if you really want to make a change, then you have to do the hard yards luv!

Well I think you are not being honest with us and this is something you have thought up in an attempt to try and get more votes for yourself.

You list your hobbies as martial arts and cheerleading so if this is true I doubt very much you have a tummy or flabby arms problem.

Plus why post this in the general chitchat fourm and then post it here a short time later?

Personally I think we don't have enough to go on

May be post a few different profile shots in as close to nothing as possible (or nothing is better) so we can evaluate your requirements properly, and you should encourage your counterparts to do the same. =P~
